प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार को मध्य प्रदेश के सागर जिले में कवि और समाज सुधारक संत रविदास को समर्पित 100 करोड़ रुपये के मंदिर-सह-स्मारक की आधारशिला रखी. समाज सुधारक को समर्पित यह मंदिर-सह-स्मारक 11 एकड़ भूमि में फैला होगा. यह संरचना संत रविदास की शिक्षाओं को प्रदर्शित करेगी और इसमें एक संग्रहालय, आर्ट गैलरी और अन्य सुविधाओं के अलावा भक्तों के लिए आवासीय सुविधाएं भी होंगी. मंदिर का निर्माण नागर शैली में किया जाएगा. इसमें स्मारक पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए भक्त निवास, भोजनालय जैसी सुविधाएं भी होंगी. संत रविदास के कार्य और व्यक्तित्व को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए एक व्याख्या संग्रहालय का भी निर्माण किया जाएगा. संग्रहालय में चार दीर्घाएं बनाई जाएंगी, जिनमें भक्ति मार्ग, निर्गुण पंथ में योगदान, संत रविदास का दर्शन और उनका साहित्य, समरसता का विवरण भी होगा.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday laid the foundation stone of a Rs 100-crore temple-cum-memorial dedicated to poet and social reformer Sant Ravidas in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district. This temple-cum-memorial dedicated to the social reformer will be spread over 11 acres of land. The structure will showcase the teachings of Saint Ravidas and will have a museum, art gallery and residential facilities for devotees, among other facilities. The temple will be constructed in the Nagara style. It will also have facilities like Bhakt Niwas, Bhojanalaya for the devotees visiting the memorial. An interpretation museum will also be constructed to display the work and personality of Saint Ravidas. Four galleries will be made in the museum, in which there will be a description of Bhakti Marg, contribution to Nirgun Panth, philosophy of Saint Ravidas and his literature, harmony.
